Workshop #4: “Science of Happiness, Part One”
In this workshop, Ken introduces the four key components of the Science of Happiness: 1) Taking care of your body, 2) Healing your inner child, 3) Healing your inner adult, 4) Helping others. You’ll learn that when all four components are working together, every area of your life will improve, and you’ll understand your true purpose so you can live your life in a continuous “state of relaxed enjoyment.”
