The Power Naps Series

What did Einstein, Tesla, and Da Vinci have in common? They all took ‘power naps’ during the day. They knew that by taking a short break and allowing their bodies to rest, they would be able to continue their work refreshed and rejuvenated.

Studies have shown, that a short nap can enhance your performance, increase alertness, and improve your mood. The key to napping is to keep naps short – from 10 to 30 minutes – so you don’t go too far into the sleep cycle, which can actually leave you feeling groggy and more tired than before.

Each Power Nap program uses Zygon’s Neuro-Entrainment technology to induce
a state of deep relaxation. As your mind clears, the matrix moves you into Sleep Stage 2 (theta state). You feel lighter, like a weight is being lifted off your shoulders as you drift off to sleep. The program’s soothing harmonic overlays create an ideal environment for a short, but rejuvenating nap. When the program ends, you open your eyes, and feel rested and ready to finish your day.
